How do you ship packages?
Packages ship from our international suppliers warehouses by ePacket, EMS, DHL and many more courier services, most of time shipping is free for a maximum of ~45 days, but you still can choose DHL (for example) for a ~15 days delivery with extra cost, you will get to choose the shipping service the suits you during checkout and depending on your country of residence

What about customs?
HostPro Marketplace is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of HostPro Marketplace (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

The order came from Russia for a week. In my practice, this is an absolute record. The drone hasn't tested yet.
I received my order. The product corresponds to the description. The delivery was carried out with IML, so I had to shake my nerves a little. But in general I'm happy :)
If you need a drone with a camera that can really hold the height and move in the same plane without having to constantly correct its position-then this is the minimum. On the street to check while there is no possibility-the weather does not please, and it's cold already, but judging by the behavior in the apartment-it will be very fun and simple :) immediately-turn off the mode of the beginner, when he offers-otherwise in hut to take off will refuse.

06.29 ordered, 07.12 already called the courier. There were no memory cards in the minimum configuration. Spark works, the program is updated, the propellers are spinning. Outside until the rain flew.
Issued an order on july 8, in hand received on july 12. Beauty. Brought by courier. For $294-just an attraction of unheard generosity :) multilingual instructions inside contain russian. Power supply-also under "our" sockets.
In ufa came in 9 days, delivery by courier. For 20800r just a gift)
Paid 9.07, the courier brought 13.07. The plug is european at the charger unit, the box is quite a little wrinkled, inside the whole. I do not know whether there should be a memory card or not, but it was not. Connected to the drone with the phone, activated, went to the park to fly. Until everything is fine
