How do you ship packages?
Packages ship from our international suppliers warehouses by ePacket, EMS, DHL and many more courier services, most of time shipping is free for a maximum of ~45 days, but you still can choose DHL (for example) for a ~15 days delivery with extra cost, you will get to choose the shipping service the suits you during checkout and depending on your country of residence

What about customs?
HostPro Marketplace is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

Excellent keyboard, completely matches the description. Arrived in 2 weeks in Arequipa by serpost: D The box was a little hit (as with all AliExpress products) but the content has no problems.
Excellent keyboard to use about 3 weeks. You can select the backlight mode. I just set up all the keys on the green. Your settings can be saved -- only 5 slots. To change the color on Windows, Caps Lock and scroll lock will not work (apparently because they are tied to the indication of the keyboard itself, for example, when the backlight can not be added) -- In my setting just without backlight. There are modes with different transitions between colors -- here you can speed up or slow down. Keys with injection molding, Russian letters are the same. Can adjust brightness. FN is located on the right and does not interfere on the Mac. The keyboard is stable, with two front rubberized legs. Definitely recommend to buy! Not enough only hand supports, but it is known in advance.
Keyboard fire for your money
I bought for 1900. Reached Krasnoyarsk for 10 days. The keyboard is good, many useful functions, collected qualitatively. The key worked badly, took off and put on-it became normal. Ordered august 1. Delivered in 5 days to the rostov region by courier. Very satisfied with the delivery time. The keyboard is completely in working order, without claims in general.
